Pay the special discount amount for your trip. The total cost is $3500 which is $1000 off the regular workshop price. Pay here by credit card or mail a check.. Last step before the fun begins! Payment and Cancellation Policy
Hold your spot with a $1200 deposit with the balance due Oct 1. If you need to cancel before Oct 1, $600 will be refunded. Because of advanced planning, if the cancellation is within 60 days or less before the workshop starts, we will not be able to refund any of the workshop fee. On the unlikely chance that we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be refunded the entire workshop price.
Rooms are based on double occupancy and all have private baths. Single occupancy is available for a one time supplement of $500 for the workshop. Both ground floor and scenic upper floor apartments can be reserved depending on availability.
