SHARING A ROOM Final Payment for Cuba Nov. 17-25, 2019 (minus deposit)
Pay your final payment here if you have requested to SHARE a double room or if you are the two participants in the Angel Suite Rooms sharing a bath. More trip information can be found on the workshop itinerary link. The total cost is $4500 for a double room, so minus your $1200 deposit leaves a balance of $3300. Pay here by credit card or Paypal. Some rooms have 2 beds and others don't but this is the page if you are sharing a room with someone. Last step before the fun begins! Be sure to call with any questions.
One Complete Payment for Photo Tour, Dec. 3-11, 2024 including deposit
Pay the full amount for your trip including the deposit. The total cost is $4800. Pay here by credit card or Paypal (3% service fee for credit cards totals $144). Save the fee by mailing a check to Dan Burkholder, 67 Woodland Ln, Palenville NY 12463. If you want a single room without sharing a room, there is an additional $500 charge.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Hold your spot with a $1200 deposit with the balance due Oct 1. If you need to cancel before Oct 1, $600 will be refunded. Because of advanced planning, if the cancellation is within 60 days or less before the workshop starts, we will not be able to refund any of the workshop fee. On the unlikely chance that we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be refunded the entire workshop price.
Rooms are based on double occupancy and all have private baths. Single occupancy is available for a one time supplement of $500 for the workshop. Both ground floor and scenic upper floor apartments can be reserved depending on availability.
