Payment and Cancellation Policy

Hold your spot with a $1000 deposit with the balance due Feb. 15. If you need to cancel before Feb. 15, $500 will be refunded. If the cancellation is after Feb. 15, 50% of the total workshop fee will be refunded ($2300).

Rooms are based on double occupancy and all have private baths. Single occupancy is available for an additional $500 for the workshop. Both ground floor and scenic upper floor apartments can be reserved depending on availability. Early registration is encouraged for those who need a ground floor room.
